Excellent Customer Service, Very Good Deal, Fine Automobile We had no plans or budget to purchase a vehicle this year until the transmission of our old and dependable Ford Explorer suddenly gave out and it made We had no plans or budget to purchase a vehicle this year until the transmission of our old and dependable Ford Explorer suddenly gave out and it made sense to invest that substantial repair money into a certified pre-owned vehicle. We were very pleased with the 2 Ford Explorers we owned in the past and found a few pre-owned Escapes of interest on the Colonial Ford website. My wife and I set up a meeting with Mark Paladino who we knew from purchasing and servicing vehicles from his former dealership in the past and explained our interests. He set us up with Tom Spegnolo who could not have been more friendly and thorough in having us test drive a couple of different vehicles and providing a detailed explanation of the various features while showing remarkable patience in listening and answering all of our questions. In the end, Mark guided us to the vehicle that had the best history of those we were interested in and was able to help us with the price which closed the deal. My wife and I discussed how the experience we just had was more like dealing with family rather than having a difficult time dealing with car salesmen. We are very pleased with the Escape we now own and with the ease and very pleasant experience with the entire process from beginning to end.
