Service is pretty easy in and out. And I’ve never had to wait too excessively long for service. Something I would improve on is in process of checking in. The last 2 times there has been no one in the bay to talk to so I have entered the service department to the workers at the desks but still get no greeting or even acknowledgment. They make you stand there awkwardly for a few minutes before saying anything. One gentleman was called back from the waiting room to check in after he just left his car in the bay because he didn’t know he had to check in. Always having a person greeting you when you get out of your vehicle would be a help. Or at least a “be right with you” when you walk in the doors would let me know who I’d be checking in with. More
