I’ve used Colonial Ford of Marlboro for 2+ years. I have never been a fan of having a car serviced by an auto dealer until I came here on a special coupon. Friendly service with no add ons or hard sells is what I found. Recently I needed new tires to pass inspection. I really wasn’t planning on getting tires here as I already had a popular tire company give me a quote. Well the quote I received from Colonial Ford was better! I’m enjoying my new road hugging tires as I drive a Mustang. Staff is super accommodating and I’m sticking with them! More

Phil and Jennifer were very helpful in regards to getting the service as well as helping with the refund. However, there was one individual who was unpleasant when it came to getting a refund out back on my the service as well as helping with the refund. However, there was one individual who was unpleasant when it came to getting a refund out back on my card. I am not sure what the difficulty was or why the individual made the interaction uncomfortable. Overall happy with the service from the all other parties involved. More
