Let’s not forget to mention the hardworking Technicians that complete these jobs with very little wait time, making it quite accommodating. Should my vehicle require anything special ordered, I just go directly to Colonial’s Parts Department; Brian and Billy make this process easy-peasy, & I’m notified once these parts have been receipted in. The Sales Department is super-duper friendly and able to find the right vehicle to suit your needs. If there’s one person who keeps everything in the dealership running ship-shape, it’s their General Manager, Mark Babineau. He welcomes everyone with a warm smile and wants only the best for his customers, making sure all aspects of your visit are a pleasurable experience. But the best part, I find, is the surprise interaction you’ll receive with sweet Gamora, she makes the visit to Colonial Ford of Marlboro the bestest ever! From basic maintenance and emergency repairs to state inspections or desired new &/or used vehicle purchases, this dealership does it all. I will always bring my vehicle here. I highly recommend. I had a warranty appt 1st week of December. Common sense told me to stop there the day before to show them the actual problem so they didn't waste my time by looking at it day of and saying yep Common sense told me to stop there the day before to show them the actual problem so they didn't waste my time by looking at it day of and saying yep your right thats the problem but we dont have the part and we'll have to order it so you'll need to come back another day (wasting my time). So after showing the service mngr Rob the problem he says yep its that problem and I'm sure we have the part so see you tomorrow. I said no, lets go inside to see if you actually have the part and we did. Sure enough that was exactly what was going to happen, they didn't have the part and said I'll call you when it comes in. Well, a week goes by and I call them and they say oh yes the parts here (so when were you calling me ?!) and They told me to come in a the next week. The day of my appt I drop my vehicle off at 5am and I get a call at 2pm from a Phil saying they cant get to blaming short on labor (are you serious?!) so I pick it up and this Phill starts blaming their labor issue and they will call me back (so leave now) when they have an appt but the next appt is now in March (2-1/2 months away). I went ballistic and said NFW ! and told him to turn around now and go ask Rob (service mngr) for an appt now after doing this to me. He does and this guy Rob walks over to me (never looking me in the eyes) and gets in front of me and now looks and says "can I help you" ? Can I help you, are you f-in serious I say to him, you now exactly whats going on here. He then says now miraculously he can do it next Thursday so I agree to give then the benefit of doubt and leave. Mind you, I did not buy my vehicle from them but a warranty issue doesn't matter, Ford pays them (maybe a cut rate, but not my problem). So.....I now know exactly whats going on here, so the day before this 3rd appt I call there in the afternoon (plenty of time for them to know tomorrows schedule) and Phil answers and I ask if tomorrows appt is still on ? He says to me is my phone number xyz ? I say to him, Phil just answer the simple question is it on or not ? (now its for sure they want me to go away). He states he's tied up and will call me back, yet he answered the phone to talk to a customer ! It took 50 minutes for him to call me back and tell me no they cant do my vehicle due to the same labor shortage BS again and he can call me back to make a new appt for March some time....Orrrrr.....I can go somewhere else WHERE I BOUGHT IT he says....... and there it is !!!!!! They lied to me the whole time wating a month and never wanted to do it cause of warranty and not being a full price paying customer. I think all should know this issue including their ownership. More
The Oil Change Premium went well. I have some brake work needed in the future, yet the quote I got was quite high.
