Service took longer than expected but service advisor was very helpful and kept me informed. Unfortunately I was never apprised of the estimate to fix the issues that I was supposed to get from service tech very helpful and kept me informed. Unfortunately I was never apprised of the estimate to fix the issues that I was supposed to get from service tech who worked on my vehicle. Total invoice was way higher than expected but I certainly appreciated the coupon that they applied. This was my first experience with Colonial and I will consider returning and/or recommending this dealership. More

Very respectful, patient, they didn't seem to be able to do enough. When I went back or sticker I was greeted by all on the show room. And by my first name.
