I called Paula and left a message knowing the email from Element shows the vehicle has been ready for over a week. She was letting me know why I did not wait to get a call back and how busy she was that day and that I should have waited till I heard back from her. She also told me that I am going to get the vehicle the way it was. I had no idea on what she was talking about. It was full of snow with dealer writing all over the windows. I was just going on what element had told me that it was ready. This was not cool. More

The service writers are doing their best BUT, after one week (I know two major holidays) car is not fixed. I am very concerned about the cost of this repair that they are unable to find.
