I've been a customer since 2010. Customer service has really gone down. After pulling into the service bay, while standing beside my car it took several minutes to be acknowledged by Customer service has really gone down. There were several employees standing around with apparently nothing to do. Afterward I return to my car to fine the owner's manual on the passenger side floorboard and grime all over the glove box. The service department is very rude and could care less about you or your time. There is zero communication from them about the status of the repairs being made.
