Bought a new Gladiator Willys on May 8th. We did NOT receive all of the paperwork from finance dept. Yes, we got a copy of the CA notice of foreign language, but the most important items were missing. N receive all of the paperwork from finance dept. Never got a copy of the finance interest rate, duration of loan, sales tax, VLF charges...you know, the stuff that really matters. Wrote two emails to Coastline, no response. How hard would it be to copy the documents, put them in a manila envelope and mail them to me. This inattention to detail has put a damper on the whole transaction. I may have to research this further with BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) to see if they can get me the docs. Oh yes, last week received a letter from DMV notifying me that my insurance company never sent in a verification of insurance for the trade-in that were pending new tags. Of course not, we called the insurance company and dropped coverage on the trade-in and added the new vehicle. Wonder if Coastline ever sent in the required DMV paperwork. Seems like attention to detail is not Coastline's strong suit. More

Excellent service! I arrived at the Coastline Jeep before AAA tow dropped off the car on Saturday after customer service was closed, the showroom front desk person Sydney went out of her way to help me with AAA tow dropped off the car on Saturday after customer service was closed, the showroom front desk person Sydney went out of her way to help me with receiving the keys from the driver to making sure they were put in the envelope and dropped in the dropbox. Customer service rep Sarah called Monday morning and informed me she would let me know the estimate by the evening or early the next day. She called back that afternoon and informed me the car would be finished Thursday late afternoon or Friday morning. The car was finished earlier than expected on Wednesday morning. Sarah was able to deal with the warranty company with no problems. Sarah was awesome and one of the better customer reps that I have worked with at dealerships, Thank you for the fine service! More

Chargers $195.00 per hour for repairs. Had my 2014 Grand Cherokee in during a 3 month period (Oct and Jan) for check ups prior for long drives for vacations.
