Never completed transaction. My jeep included floor mats. The salesperson was friendly and excited and assured me that they would get the mats to me but were on back order due to supply chain issues. mats. First Impression was NOT GOOD. Walked into service center to ask a questions and all 3 service agents never acknowledged I was standing there for over several minutes. No eye contact, No hello, we will be with you in a second, NO NOTHING. No customer service train which was quite evident. At the service desk was 3 reps, 1 female and 2 males.. Finally, the lady looks up and says Do you have an appointment? They all should have acknowledge a guest/customer and said someone will be with you or how can we help you? In the hotel world those people would be fired! Finally, the lady looks up Do you have an appointment. I said no, i have a situation and was wondering if a someone could look at my tire that another Jeep Dealership up in Santa Maria rotated the tires and put my spare back in and it bumping around. She immediately said, Sorry, we are BOOKED.. This is NOT GREAT CUSTOMER CARE.; NOT SURE would return. In my business they all need retraining for firing.! More
