Great Overall Experience I was very happy with all aspects of my service experience. I was hesitant to return to this location, even though it had changed owners. I explained I was very happy with all aspects of my service experience. I was hesitant to return to this location, even though it had changed owners. I explained to Malcolm that I had had a negative experience with the old dealer here before Courtesy bought and took over it. He apologized and offered to waive my fees! Great service, honesty, and all done in a timely manner. The even washed my car. I will be back and recommend Courtesy to all! More
Unfortunate experience I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited we received a good deal on the price but found the same car with the same miles and same features for 1 I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited we received a good deal on the price but found the same car with the same miles and same features for 1,000n dollars less just a little further distance. The salesman Jim was not willing to match the price but did meet us halfway which was fair to us. We called ahead so the dealership was expecting us but when we arrived and asked to test drive the vehicle Jim explained that the car was being detailed. We proceeded to run our credit and get started with the contract. Everything was very business and not very welcoming. We were never offered water or anything to drink or snack on like with the dealerships we purchased our cars from before. Jim explained that all the tires on the lot are filled with nitrogen and we would be charged an additional 180 dollars and it was not optional. This was surprising to us but it was beneficial and not anything extremely expensive. We were also disappointed with the salesman who tried to sell us on the car being previously own by only one owner. He explained how one owner makes the car more valuable but when we received the car fax we were informed that the vehicle was owned by a rental agency and used by an unknown amount of people. Nevertheless we wanted the vehicle but felt the salesman was being a bit deceitful. They also advertise a 72hr return policy but when reviewing the contracts they charge you 500 dollars. After everything was signed the car was brought out for us and the car was not cleaned, nor was the tank full. Lastly they handed us one key. They informed us that they were not obligated to provide us with two keys and would not give us an additional key free of charge because of the previous negotiation on the price of the vehicle. The said they would give us a discount on a key but the price they gave us was more expensive then the price that my local dealership is giving me without a discount. The manager claimed to be giving me his employee discount. We were never congratulated and it really took away from the excitement of purchasing a car with such an unfriendly staffed dealership. We felt as if our business wasn't appreciated. More
Purchasing my vehicle from Orange Coast was a fantastic experience... unfortunately, it's been all downhill from there. Now I'm sitting here with a Limited Chrysler Town & Country ($43k vehicle) that I am experience... unfortunately, it's been all downhill from there. Now I'm sitting here with a Limited Chrysler Town & Country ($43k vehicle) that I am not able to drive because of severe brake issues. The vehicle is not safe to drive. Even the Service Manager told me this is a common issue with this vehicle and other Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge models. He told me that they see vehicles come back all the time with brake issues and they aren't allowed to remedy the issue under warranty. I found similar statements from people on the Internet with the exact same issue. The dealer is not willing to help and Chrysler is taking the same path even though I purchased the 100,000 mile extended warranty. I knew I shouldn't have bought a Chrysler, but I really thought they had changed since the Fiat acquisition. Unfortunately this is NOT the case. Do yourself a favor and do not buy a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge. Orange Coast does have great prices so I understand the temptation, but prices don't mean very much when you end up with a lemon that isn't safe to drive. More

Brought a 2014 Grand Cherokee 1 week ago. Best dealership I been to. I walking Fred was busy with another customer. I got help by floor assistant my apology forgot his name. He walk me to couple cars i got interest of and before I know it he offer me to test drive it. No b.s, no fuss, no pressure. Handed my ID to him and drove off the lot for test drive. Came back meet with Fred chatted a little on other options and out we go to test drive another GC with the option I wanted. After the second test drive Fred asked how I like it and does I want the vehicle in a laid back no pressure way. 15 min he offer me an fair price with my trade in and the new GC, and 15 min later off we go to financial office. Financial office was nice, fast, and painless. She explained everything to us and didn't push us to purchase and extra item. The final bill was just as we agree to, no b.s dealership add on, no hidden cost, absolutely nothing. After everything is signed the nice floor assistant came back out and further give us a most detail tour of the vehicle and setup the uconnect feature. Overall great dealership and staffs. More
I highly recommend this dealer. I generally hate to shop for a used car because the used car salesmen attack me and my wife as soon as we walk on the lot. My experience with Orange Coast was surprisingly p for a used car because the used car salesmen attack me and my wife as soon as we walk on the lot. My experience with Orange Coast was surprisingly pleasant. They intentionally avoid pressuring customers to buy cars and they don't blow cigarette smoke in your face while they try to get you to buy a car you don't even like. On the contrary, they work as a team to guide you through the purchase process with no pressure at all. They have fair, competitive prices. The employees are all friendly, relaxed and don't seem stressed about whether or not customers will buy a car. Car shoppers across the country would benefit from this car selling philosophy. I hope more owners will follow the path of Orange Coast so that we car buyers can walk on car lots without being attacked and feeling harassed, but rather have the opportunity to enjoy a pleasant car-buying experience. The cars were clean, the staff were friendly and knew what they were talking about. This was the first time I was actually satisfied with the service and price I got for a new car. Would highly recommend which I have never done before. I was there until very late in the evening because of my morning being wasted at the other dealership, not once did they ever make me feel like I was an inconvenience or rushed.
