Terrible experience with buying my first car! I dealt with Hank and the experience started out good. I am deployed in Afghanistan so the process was a bit tricky but much lengthier than it should I dealt with Hank and the experience started out good. I am deployed in Afghanistan so the process was a bit tricky but much lengthier than it should have been. I started the process on February 27 and wanted the car to be delivered by April 2. The paperwork was to be delivered to me in Afghanistan and instead it went to SC initially. This was a couple day set back. I received the package and got it right back out. I had my bank next day the check. Everything was received by March 28. I was told the vehicle would be leaving on Monday the 30th. I contacted throughout the week requesting the transporters info since they had my vehicle and I kept being put off until finally on April 3 I was told the vehicle was just sitting at the transporters location and had not left and was being worked on to get to me. Tuesday, April 7 I was told it was shipped, still did not receive the transporters point of contact. By Thursday April 9 I called the Manager at the dealership. He put me on hold to get the information. He left me on hold so long I was transferred back to the operator. I received an email with the transporters POC but still wanted to speak Chris as I had not received ANY official paperwork besides the copies I made of what I signed. The dealer financed my vehicle and I had not information on who it was financed through or anything. I kept calling back and he was not answering the phone although the operator stated he was sitting at his desk. The costumer service at this place is TERRIBLE. I called the transporter and the said my vehicle was JUST picked up on Wednesday April 8 and would not reach me until Friday April 17 and I would already be back in Afghanistan and never see my vehicle. I called the manager and the finance department back on Tuesday, April 14th and they were in a meeting for over an hour and NO one was available to talk. How is NO one available during business hours?! I called later in the evening and was finally able to speak with the Finance department. I still have not been able to speak with Hank nor the manager Chris. My vehicle arrived on the 17th with the WRONG running boards and NO oil change. Who sells a car that has not been serviced and it's a certified vehicle. Furthermore, I was originally quoted $800 to ship the vehicle, then $1300 because of the snow and bad weather. Once my vehicle was delivered there was no bad weather so why did I still pay $1300?! This dealership was incredibly irresponsible with a $37,000 purchase. This was the worst experience for buying my first car on my own. I feel like they took advantage of me because I was not right in front of them which is completely unacceptable. I will be calling them in the next 24hrs for answers. More

He did his very best to provide me everything i was looking for in my new car and I definitely feel that I left with more than what I desired when I walked in the door. It cost how much??? We brought our car in to have the cigar lighter fixed. We had recently replaced the radio, and the lighter was evidently no longer wired correctly. We brought our car in to have the cigar lighter fixed. We had recently replaced the radio, and the lighter was evidently no longer wired correctly. We were told the diagnosis would cost $150, which would be applied to the cost of repair. We asked if the actual cost of the repair was less than $150, would we still be charged the full amount? We were assured by the Service Advisor, Ms Crespo that no, if it cost less, we would be charged less. With that assurance, we left the car for service. Had we not been told that, we would have taken our car elsewhere. There was no follow up. No phone call. Nothing. Later that afternoon we called and were told the work was completed. When we returned to pick up the car, the bill was $150. We were surprised. We asked what the standard service charge per hour was, and were told that we had agreed to pay the full amount, regardless of the time it took. This was blatantly untrue! This was the second time we had used this dealership. We had previously been satisfied with the service, professionalism, and overall experience. This experience, with Ms Crespo, left us feeling cheated. When we said that we felt she had misled us, she smiled and said, "I understand." The service at this dealership may be good. We found it satisfactory in the past. Do not, however, deal with this Service Advisor, Summer Crespo. More
