MICHAEL (MIKE) LOURIA CALLED ME WITHIN AN HOUR OR SO AND HAD ALL THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I WANTED ... I WENT IN THE NEXT DAY AND HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT A DEALERSHIP ... I WAS PRE-APPROVED FOR THE FINANCING, BUT THEY GOT ME A LOWER RATE THAN I WAS PRE-APPROVED FOR ...ALSO, THEY PRACTICALLY LET ME SET ALL THE TERMS OF THE SALE .. I TOLD THEM WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FOR A MONTHLY PAYMENT - THE MAXIMUM I WOULD TAKE FOR AN INTEREST RATE (HAD OVER 800 FICO) - THAT I WANTED DIFFERENT TIRES AND RIMS - A FULL TANK OF GAS - ETC - ETC ...AND I GOT IT ALL ... BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WAS THE COURTESY AND RESPECT THAT THEY GAVE ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS ...VERY ACCOMMODATING GROUP OF PEOPLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP ...THEY HAD TO LOWER THE INTEREST RATE - AND - THE SALES PRICE, TO MAKE ALL THE NUMBERS COME OUT RIGHT ... "CHRISTY" IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT WAS EXCEPTIONAL IN EXPLAINING ALL OF THE ITEMS IN THE CONTRACT AND ABOUT THE OFFERS AS TO WARRANTIES AND "GAP" INSURANCE ETC. STAY AWAY from this place and the exceptionally rude and hostile "salesperson" that goes by "Alex" or his real name "Ahmad Fawzi Matar". He'll be the smug guy walking around thinking he's god gift to women..gross. He has absolutely NO CONCEPT of customer service and he conducts himself like a five year old. so if you plan on spending several hours being promised deals and exact numbers by this fool (who clearly has NO authority to make these deals) and like a five year old once questioned about his deception and/or "tactics" be prepared to sit back and enjoy the temper tantrum he will throw. This includes him actually mocking you (and YES this is NO OVER EXAGGERATION this so called "salesperson" will do this on the floor of the show room while you are attempting to have to have a conversation with him, in front of all his other employees, management, and others customers and don't expect any of them to step in) as if thats not enough for THIS CHILD he will then begin to start yelling and getting literally in your face and incredibly aggressive because like a child he refuses to take any kind of responsibility for his MANY shortcomings. management was no better and to be honest DID NOT seemed surprised in the least by this idiots behavior infact their reaction gave off the impression that this is a daily occurance for him. Everyone knows that buying a car is one of the most annoying and time consuming experiences out there because the salesman for what ever reason decides that playing there "dumb and irritating game" is the ideal way to go about it. WRONG! it definitely takes a otherwise and exciting experience and makes it so no one ever wants to go through it again. "Courtesy" jeep of Orange County went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make that experience FAR WORSE THAN IT NEEDED to be. I put "courtesy" in quotes because they are anything but. SAVE YOUR MOENY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! there is no shortage of dodge and jeep dealerships nor is there a shortage of other dealerships around but if you have your heart set on one of these cars take your money somewhere else because none of these people deserve your money or time!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this dealership or go there again. Our salesman spent a lot of time asking us for a good recommendation but did absolutely nothing to deserve it. Between: - trying to hide $4,500 of additional charges in our monthly payment (and then claiming that he didn't realize they had been included); - telling us that the car was blue tooth capable (but conveniently omitting the fact that you need a $500 accessory to make it work); and - having to sit in the showroom for 2 hours waiting for the finance person; this was a horrible example of customer care. Although we like the car, we should have walked out. The only thing that kept us going was the amount of time we'd already invested in the process. And to top off the situation, I called the salesman when I realized that the blue tooth feature required the additional accessory to ask him why he didn't mention it. I'm still waiting for my call to be returned. More
