The waiting area is comfortable with snacks, coffee and drinks. There is an area that you can work with electrical receptacles and wifi. They treat me like family. To add to the service, if Pat Kabola, owner is in the area, he greets you and talks to you like family. I have used several service departments in several cities and by far Coastal Kia is the best.
