Painless purchase. I’ll start by saying I’ve always hated the car buying experience. Have always had the feeling I was getting screwed. I had inquired about a used car online a few weeks before I was actually ready to purchase ( waiting on my tax refund). He called me once and I explained I was waiting for my refund and asked if he could call me back in a few weeks. He did just that, unlike other sales people (different dealerships)who called or emailed at rate that was very annoying. So when I finally had the time to stop in late on a Saturday expecting to just look around, he sold me a car that afternoon. He wasn’t pushy. Greatly appreciated. He got my business.
