They listen to your needs Steve Kramer was our sales manager. Very attentive. No pressure. While purchasing our 2019 optima we were on a very tight schedule and they gave us Steve Kramer was our sales manager. Very attentive. No pressure. While purchasing our 2019 optima we were on a very tight schedule and they gave us a huge discount in a very short time. Paper work was quick, clear and straight forward no games! After our purchase we returned when our schedule permitted and Steve took great lengths to explain the tech that the car came with and all the bells and whistles. So happy! Purchasing a new car has not been better. Said I was just looking at the 2018 Niro. After that we sat down to talk trading my Sorento and purchasing the Niro. Robert was very helpful, explained everything was not pushing me into anything and that led to me driving home with a brand new KIA Niro. Also Michael Mascavage was also great explaining everything on financing end. More

Best service center and associate Sam I bought my used 2014 Soul here in 2016 and have been bringing it here since then for service. Formerly Stevenson Kia, now known as Coastal Kia, the s I bought my used 2014 Soul here in 2016 and have been bringing it here since then for service. Formerly Stevenson Kia, now known as Coastal Kia, the service department is one of the best I've ever used. Sam, at the front desk remembers my name, takes time to explain my car's needs and is very thorough in making sure I know what my car needs NOW and what it will need soon. I drive 60 miles to utilize this dealership service department. More
