Hello Mr Boyce, First of all I sincerely apologies about your feelings towards your transaction with coast to coast imports, we thrive to make all of our clients happy, and creat an exceptional positive sales experience. So please allow me to explain what happened here. my sales manager and myself reached out after seeing your review so we can try and correct the situation, and understand who was contacting you, and if they said that they received your information from us. for we actually provide a privacy policy form to every client, which you and your wife signed in our showroom that states that we do not sell your information, and only share it with the required government or lending institutes. We did not get a hold of you unfortunately, so we spoke to your wife and she didn't have a whole lot of knowledge regarding the review. We then found out that the phone call you received is more than likely your welcome call from the lender you took a loan from which is actually required for your safety and information protection, they need to talk to you and make sure you are the one that took the loan. The loan processor said that when they spoke to you, you may have thought it was a telemarketing and informed them that you did not purchase a vehicle. Please make sure to get a hold of your lender for your welcome call. For the price issue, we have a combination of a information feed system and, people working our advertising and pricing. And one of our employees made the mistake by dropping the car $2000. Even though we explained the mistake prior to your purchase and arrival from across state lines, we still offered a 1000 satisfactory discount, because we did recognize that we made a mistake and that was our attempt to own it, which we thought fixed the situation but it obviously did not unfortunately. I wanted to respond to your review publicly because we are a very transparent Business and hold ourselves to a high customer service standard, and once again I truly apologize about your experience with us, and I hope to hear from you so I can attempt to explain the situation and try and change your experience.
