Sales person Mo Ganchi greeted us warmly, and served us very well through the entire buying process. We were very pleased with his service and will request him for any potential future inquiries. The only areas that caused our experience to be less than a 5, were related to the distance the dealership used to.calculate a potential sale price.for our trade-in (approximately 200 miles away), and the fact that the finance dept had prepared an extremely expensive coverage plan for our purchase car. It added a bit of a high-pressure feel to the transaction that my husband had to rather forthrightly decline. However, we left the transaction with a lovely car feeling that we had not ended up too badly off in the process. Mo even worked closely with me the next day to have a scratch in the car buffed out by the dealership shop. More
