No pressure easy process We had been searching for a car for weeks until we came across a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Coast to Coast. It was a pretty smooth process. Parker We had been searching for a car for weeks until we came across a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Coast to Coast. It was a pretty smooth process. Parker Shaw was awesome in that he was patient, no pressure, straight shooter. Not your typical salesman. I could tell from the test drive that this 12 year old car was in great shape and that they took their time making sure there were no mechanical issues and that it was safe before they even put it out to be sold. It drove and handled nicely as if it was a 2 year old car instead of a 12. I’m confident in my decision to buy from here and would recommend anyone else to give them a chance. More

Horrible Experience I have a long list of issues with this dealership that I would like to detail since I live in Louisville, can’t easily drop by the dealership for a fa I have a long list of issues with this dealership that I would like to detail since I live in Louisville, can’t easily drop by the dealership for a face-to-face, and have been reaching out with no return communication for a resolution: 1. I purchased a 2011 Audi A6 from the Keystone location on February 2/25/17. The center brake light warning light was on during the test drive, but the salesman Chris K***** assured me that it was just a bad bulb, and the dealership would send me a new bulb so that the car would be in full working order if I bought it. I assumed that since the dealership had owned the car for at least a few months, they knew what they were talking about and had already inspected it with the issue behind the warning light having already been diagnosed and identified as the bulb – you know, since that was the answer I received for why the center brake light warning light was on. A week or so after the sale, Chris let me know that he looked into the car a little deeper and realized that the third brake light was actually an LED strip and doesn't use bulbs. He told me to have it checked out by a mechanic and to let him know the results. 2. About 2 weeks later (3/16/17) while I was waiting to find a day where I could take off work and where the mechanic had openings, the "Oil Min" warning light popped on and stayed on. I texted Chris asking when the last oil change was performed, and he told me that the dealership did an oil change before the Audi was sold to me. I told him that the warning light popped on, and he told me to get it to a mechanic to double-check it and make sure no damage was being done to the engine. I took it to the mechanic on 3/24/17 to have the oil and third brake light looked at, as instructed. On this trip, they found that the oil had not been changed for a while and that the oil level was dangerously low at 2 out of 7 quarts (contrary to the claim by the dealership that they performed an oil change before the sale). They also found that there was a voltage issue with the third brake light and said they may have to retrace the wires or do some other testing to see where the voltage is dying off, but I would need to schedule that for another day. The cost of the oil change and initial brake light inspection came to $143.44. A couple days later, 3/28/17, the "Check Engine" light came on, and I quickly took the car to the mechanic to read the error codes. He said it was showing a bad oxygen sensor, but I asked him to wipe the codes to see if it would return or see if the system accidentally goofed – you know, since I just bought the car from what I was thinking was a reputable dealership. He wiped the error codes and didn't charge me for this. 3. While waiting again to find a day where I could take off work and where the mechanic had openings, the "Check Engine" light came back on 4/26/17. I was able to quickly get the car back in on 4/28/17 where they examined and identified the "Check Engine" light as indeed being the result of a bad oxygen sensor. They informed me that the timing of the "Check Engine" light coming on the first time about 4 weeks after purchasing the car and having the codes wiped/reset and coming back on again about four weeks later indicated to them that there was a high probability the error codes were initially wiped by the dealership just before the test drive and sale. They also dove deeper into the third brake light issue and found that the problem was with the control unit not sending the proper amounts of voltage to activate the third brake light. The cost of this exploratory visit was $317.68. 4. I scheduled the repairs for the third brake light and the oxygen sensor, and those were replaced on 5/10/17 at a cost of $1,331.99. I have spent $1,793.11 to repair the issues that this dealership left me with in order to bring the car to good condition. I have continually contacted the salesman, Chris (who would only answer me through text and not answer the phone), about coming to common ground on these expenses over the past 5+ months, and his responses for a resolution had been that he can’t make those decisions and had passed the invoices and details on to his GM, and the GM would get back to me with an answer. A GM never contacted me after multiple requests to the salesman, so I requested the GM’s direct contact information. I was finally provided with the GM’s email address, and I sent an initial email and a follow-up email without a single response going on 4+ weeks now. Ignoring customers who you’ve done bad business with is pretty alarming and a horrible business practice. More
