I used the internet to search for a used Mercedes SLK within 100 miles of home. I found one at Cloninger Ford. We called them on the phone about 9:30 AM and spoke with John Deal. We met John, he had the car ready for us to see and had answers to some questions we had asked when we called that morning. The wife and I took the car for a test drive and when we came back John got us each a cup of coffee and we sat down to complete the paperwork for the sale! No hassle. We got the internet price. No pressure to use their financing or extended warranty. Paperwork process was quick and correct. I was driving home with my new purchase by 4 PM. John Deal was a pleasure to work with!
