I purchased my Expedition here, December 2025. I’ve never purchased a vehicle alone, and I was very nervous and intimidated. Phil, Brandon, JP, Thomas, Brian, Cameron and the rest of the crew at Cloninger made it one of the best days of my life when I purchased my vehicle and every time I pop in for some tip or information or just to say hello xxxx have the best attitudes in customer service hands-down. This dealership offers customer service I thought had long ago disappeared. You’re not a number there. You’re not a prospect who will be forgotten the second you purchased a vehicle. The staff here is easy-going, but extremely professional very informed and if they don’t have an answer, they will tell you they want to take the time to find the person who has the right answer. It’s almost too good to be true, but I can attach to the fact that it is absolutely 100% true. These people care. There’s no predatory sales pitch or pressure and the entire dealership has a good vibe, which is very unusual, but it says a lot about the people who work there in an environment where competition usually trumps camaraderie and friendliness. This dealership is extremely successful and sells a lot of cars so they did not have to treat me with any particular exceptional kindness, but they don’t care who you are or how much you’re spending from everything I’ve seen. They treat everyone as though that person is as valuable as every other person that walks in the door. And when you purchase your car, you are just as important every time they see you. That kindness and customer service is not stop the second you have signed the paperwork. I don’t care about cars. I’m not interested in vehicles and I have no idea what I was doing, but they were very friendly and put me in a car. I never would’ve even thought of which I absolutely love!! In the past I always took my car to other places for oil changes and such because dealers typically charge a fortune for any type of service, but I will take my vehicle to Cloninger for all service needs because I trust them and I can tell you based on my personal experience. They’re not out solely to get as much money out of a person as possible and I trust they are not going to run the bill up. I cannot recommend this place enough. Especially if you are new or have never bought a car yourself, they were so patient with me and walked me through the process and never made me feel pressured

Awesome experience buying the truck. I have never bought a truck online. But Cloninger Ford made the process very easy and the deal was made within 30 minutes. They even delivered the vehicle and took my trade. The truck was immaculate inside and out. I would definitely recommend buying a truck from Cloninger in person or online.
