We walked into the dealership and was immediately greeted by Tom Thomas who made us feel welcomed and at home instantly. After collecting all of our information he put together the best deal possible and we drove off the lot in our new 2013 Ford Edge. I have never been happier to do that level of business anywhere. He saved us money on payments, our monthly gas expense has been cut in half and we are saving about a total of 260 dollars a month. We love our Edge and we loved the buying experience. I used the internet to search for a used Mercedes SLK within 100 miles of home. I found one at Cloninger Ford. We called them on the phone about 9:30 AM and spoke with John Deal. We met John, he had the car ready for us to see and had answers to some questions we had asked when we called that morning. The wife and I took the car for a test drive and when we came back John got us each a cup of coffee and we sat down to complete the paperwork for the sale! No hassle. We got the internet price. No pressure to use their financing or extended warranty. Paperwork process was quick and correct. I was driving home with my new purchase by 4 PM. John Deal was a pleasure to work with!
