He was very open and honest about the entire process and he also was able to provide me as good a price as any other dealership that I checked with. Over Promised......Under Delivered....Very Disappointed! Purchased used vehicle with 8K mi. Was promised paint chips would be repaired then car would be delivered. Salesman delivered car without repairing Purchased used vehicle with 8K mi. Was promised paint chips would be repaired then car would be delivered. Salesman delivered car without repairing and without advising repairs were not complete. Two weeks and excuse after excuse later, the chips were finally touched up with paint that doesn't match & I'm told that's all they will do. Worst customer service I've ever experienced! These folks clearly have no ethics as not one person I have spoken with is concerned that they have not delivered what was repeatedly promised prior to the sell. Terrible! More
