New car as has had Transmission problems. Never will refer anyone to you, your service department is very BAD. Especially since there is a recall on the transmissions. They left a screw driver in my mother's car when we got it back from a reg. Service, laying right on top of the motor,the hood could have come up on her & cause a bad WRECK. ! More
