We understand how frustrating it can be when vehicle issues continue after a repair, and we appreciate the opportunity to provide some additional context. When your vehicle visited us on 5/4, our technicians diagnosed a failed supercharger tensioner pulley bearing. We replaced the pulley, tensioner assembly, and damaged belt caused by the seized bearing. When you returned on 5/7, you reported a separate noise coming from a different area of the vehicle. After further diagnosis, our team determined the source was the windshield wiper transmission assembly, which required a separate repair. We understand the timing of these issues may have made them seem related, but our findings indicated they were two distinct concerns. We always strive to accurately diagnose and repair the issues present at the time of service and to be transparent about any additional repairs that may be needed.
