When I decided to trade in my lease for a new vehicle Shep sat with me for most of the d Servicing and Sales has been has been a good experience here. When I decided to trade in my lease for a new vehicle Shep sat with me for most of the day trying to find a vehicle that met my needs. He found one nearby and went to pick it up himself. I did have an issue that came up after the sale, but a manager reached out and straightened that out right away. More
