This was a great experience at the dealership . I was apprised throughout the process by the service advisor .
The gentleman who assisted us Saturday morning was truly pleasant and easy to interact with. It’s always a pleasure to come to your centers as the folks who work there are generally well versed in customer service and are usually very knowledgeable and friendly. This makes a world of difference. Furthermore, my mom has a limited aptitude in the English language and Mike (I believe that’s his name) made an effort to interact with her in her native tongue. At this time in this country being met with that level of empathy is quite reassuring and considered.
