Keke was as fake as fake can be. They lied about the only vehicle they showed me and took my key to my trade in and even after I requested it back twice never gave it back to me. Now They lied about the only vehicle they showed me and took my key to my trade in and even after I requested it back twice never gave it back to me. Now here I am 3 days after returning their vehicle and I still have not gotten my 1000 down payment back because their credit card machine was turned off early?! They turned it back on the night I made the payment, I guess you can't turn it back on to do a refund. Stay away from clay cooley nissan They are not keeping your best interest in any scenario. If you absolutely MUST visit , Pedro is the only one I dealt with that had any common sense when it comes to treating a customer with respect. He should get a raise for his ability to calm me down and resolve my issue in just a single call! More
