Waiting in your showroom I observed the phone person and two male sales people acting very loud, throwing paper, laughing very loud and having a fun time. Lack of communication from service advisor to us as the customer. I had to call to find out how car was progressing. Would not recommend Classic Mazda dealership for car repairs. There is nothing worse customer. I had to call to find out how car was progressing. Would not recommend Classic Mazda dealership for car repairs. There is nothing worse than a car sitting for two weeks you pick it up and then have to turn around and bring car back the next day and then it sits for another 7 days. More
