This was my first time bringing my Mazda SUV to this dealership for an oil change. I was hoping to get a multipoint inspection along with a tire rotation. I had a question about getting a navigation sys dealership for an oil change. I was hoping to get a multipoint inspection along with a tire rotation. I had a question about getting a navigation system which my car doesn’t have. The oil change lasted about 2 hours and that because I noticed my car upfront, they didn’t call me , I went to get it, then they lost my paperwork, no multipoint inspection and no answer to my navigation system question. The staff at classic Mazda. It's always very attuned to customer needs. There always professional and nice.
