Everyone was genuinely friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. Eric Munoz was the sales person we dealt with, and he did a great job. No pressure to buy; no steering in a certain direction. He was thorough in explaining the differences in vehicles and offered a balanced perspective on each. My wife and I are older and typically keep a car from 12-15 years. The technology we were evaluating was far advanced from what we were used to, so Eric was patient in explaining everything. Support from the dealership after the purchase was very obvious. The atmosphere of the dealership is very healthy at Classic and I highly recommend adding this location to your list if you are shopping for a car. We own a 2002 Tahoe, and we bought a 2017 Tahoe. That's how much we like this vehicle. More

Unprofessional attitude of service agent How many people sit for 3 hours and wait for their vehicle, get treated like you have no clue about your vehicle's past performance issues, have your How many people sit for 3 hours and wait for their vehicle, get treated like you have no clue about your vehicle's past performance issues, have your car brought out running and leave trash in it! (Jokingly, the advisor stated that my car was left running, just in case it needed a boost, to get it started!) If that was true, did it need a boost after the repairs were completed? (Maybe he was being coy, but this was one of the main reasons I brought it in.) I felt he was totally insensative and unprofessional in his demeanor. I didn't find that comment funny at all! I don't think they checked everything, as requested. He was told that a repair was needed and my insurance would take care of it, but he failed to reach out to the Geico representative, whose name and number was given to him as I checked in. Instead, he included that cost, with the estimate of repairs. This is the second time I have been to this dealership for repairs and it will be my last. Refusal to check safety issues as notified by GM. No requested complimentary wash for waiting and no call back when asked to speak to this Service advisor, always sent to voicemail. I know the dealership is in to make sales, but when certain suggestions were refused, because of the costs involved, ($1400.00), you begin to feel that you need to make your presence scarce. I paid for what I could afford and the advisor did not document all items addressed. If I have any more problems with the repairs I paid for, I will notify other GM representatives on a higher level. I promise! More

We had narrowed it down to make and model when our decision making process got sped up by excessive repair costs (on our old vehicle) and vacation plans fast approaching. We knew the exact make model and color scheme we wanted. Once we did our homework and searched the nation for the best price and mileage, we found the second best price IN THE COUNTRY at Classic Galveston. We had one need, to have our trade-in paid off. With three days left before our impending vacation, we contacted Kelly Faias at Classic Galveston. He got us top dollar for our trade in ($2000 more than our local dealership offerred) and like I said had the 2nd best price for the vehicle we wanted. So my wife and I loaded up and made the 3 and a half hour drive from north of San Antonio. It was the best car buying experience we've ever had. I want to personally thank Kelly and the sales manager Jon for making it so enjoyable. We will definitely use them again when it comes time for our next vehicle purchase.
