Best car buying experience ever I was looking for a new F-250 and Classic had the exact one I wanted. I had been shopping the “big town” dealerships and low and behold this “small t I was looking for a new F-250 and Classic had the exact one I wanted. I had been shopping the “big town” dealerships and low and behold this “small town” dealership had the one I was looking for. Jesse my salesman was awesome to work with. We stayed in touch through email and between Jesse and Dave they were able to get the price I wanted. The manager Dave was amazing! Even the gentleman in finance, Terrance, was awesome. We all know finance can be an issue sometimes, but not here. There was no pressure here and I felt comfortable the entire time from start to finish. I was in and out faster than any other car buying experience I’ve ever had. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Oh and you get free car washes for life here when you purchase a vehicle. Nice perk. More

Jeff is a one in a million sales person who goes out of his way to deliver in all capacities. I could not be anymore pleased and you walk away making a great friend who you know will take care of you in the future and years after that. How lucky I was to have Jeff Pennington. Thanks also to GM Ryan Orewiler who certainly cares about his customers and it is not about making a sale! You both are very special to me. Excellent working for your best interest Have bought 10 vehicles over my lifetime, but Sean Dunlap is the only sales person who worked extremely hard and went the extra mile in finding a car Have bought 10 vehicles over my lifetime, but Sean Dunlap is the only sales person who worked extremely hard and went the extra mile in finding a car to match my requirements. Guess what, there was no inventory of the car I wanted, but his efforts sold me. So, I was happy to buy the car he recommended. He took the time and sat in the vehicle to go over all features, programmed some settings and opened a user account with the dealership. Never experienced this excellent service from a sales persons with the other vehicles I bought. THANK YOU SEAN YOU'RE AWESOME!!!! More

Disappointed Husband found a 2015 suburban for a reasonable price and he spoke on the phone with a salesman and the salesman said that if we drove there, which is Husband found a 2015 suburban for a reasonable price and he spoke on the phone with a salesman and the salesman said that if we drove there, which is five hours away, he was positive that his manager could go down on the price. When we got there of course they did not they just wanted to get us there because who'd drive 5 hours and not leave with something. We were out there for five hours and it would have been pointless to leave after driving five hours. Then once we left, my husband noticed the steering wheel was not aligned with the wheels. We have two babies under two and have been there all day and was already a good ways away before we noticed. We called them and two different people swore it was under the certified warranty but when I called a local Chevy it was expressed that it was not. I literally called back to each business three times or more and kept getting different answers while being the middleman. Classic Chevy said that they would call etc & solve the issue because it's "covered" & call me RIGHT BACK. When I asked the guy if he called like six hours later he told me no he's been with customers all day. I spoke to the manager and the manager said he will call me back after he spoke to his boss about it but I ended up calling him back 2 days later and he basically told me that there's nothing they can do about it unless we drove five hours back there. That is clearly a joke to get a wheel alignment. They could've cut a check to get it done or something because I had the car only a few days! The back speaker is also in and out and I'm still waiting for my missing floor mat. Just like typical salesman, can't trust them. More
