I’m really upset that I went in for an oil change service and waited over 4 hours. I was sitting outside and seen when my car was finished yet they didn’t call me for over an hour. Also I always thought topping off fluids was part of the service. Apparently not since the service tech said that I needed brake fluid and coolant plus my washer fluid is still empty. I really doubt that I will be back to Claremont Toyota for my service done. I can get just as good of service elsewhere and it will be quicker. More
There were a numbers of problems during my last appointment. I had to wait almost three hours for an oil change. I made an appointment for the oil change , but my car was not serviced until two ho appointment. I had to wait almost three hours for an oil change. I made an appointment for the oil change , but my car was not serviced until two hours later than scheduled. Further, I was notified about another needed repairs for my car after three hours of waiting . I should have been notified much earlier. Now I have to schedule another appointment for those repairs. And I don’t want my repairs to be delayed my scheduled time again. My family and I have been customers for more than ten years . But my family and I are considering no longer doing business here and having our maintenance and repairs done elsewhere. More

Great service, great advisors, great service technicians. My vehicle was experiencing a mechanical problem. For Years I have used Claremont Toyota for my vehicle service needs but because of covid-19 Claremo My vehicle was experiencing a mechanical problem. For Years I have used Claremont Toyota for my vehicle service needs but because of covid-19 Claremont dealership was closed. I took my vehicle to another Toyota dealership for service. This dealership service department performed a diagnostic test and their conclusion was questionable. I was not satisfied. Claremont Toyota eventually reopened and I brought in my vehicle. Olive, my service advisor, addressed my needs. She and the service technicians were knowledgeable in their job and thorough. My vehicle problem was resolved. My expectations were met. Being that I have always had A+ service from Claremont Toyota. Thank you. More
My experience with Oliva was great. She is very friendly and made me feel welcome. I think the people who service your car should be a little more conscious, my truck was delivered to me with grease smudges and made me feel welcome. When the vehicle goes in clean on the inside it should be returned to you in the same condition. The only reason I did not bring it up at the time is because I had an appointment and couldn't wait any longer. I deducted one star because of this. More
The advisor Mr, Oscar Vergara was very informative and knowledgeable. Although I had to wait at least 2.5 hrs. for my SUV to be service. Mr. Vergara informed me I had to have a repair replacement done, wh knowledgeable. Although I had to wait at least 2.5 hrs. for my SUV to be service. Mr. Vergara informed me I had to have a repair replacement done, which took another 20-30 min. It didn’t bother me to wait. I waited in the Lounge area & walked around which was clean and the patrons all wore masks. I do wish the complimentary vehicle wash was available, especially for the price I paid for my repair. However I do appreciate Claremont Toyota is now open to have my vehicles maintained. Thank you for requiring everyone to wear a mask and social distancing. More
I was sent emails for need of 30,000. Mile service. Ended up only needing oil change. Needed recall x2. Waited 4hrs. Recall didn't get done as promised.
