A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, David Wilson has been involved in the automobile industry for nearly 40 years. He was vice president and general manager of Covey Lincoln Mercury in Phoenix, Arizona, for five years before coming to Toyota of Orange in 1982. Before buying out the owner of Toyota of Orange in 1985, he was the vice president and general manager. Mr. Wilson is now the owner and president of sixteen automobile dealerships - employing nearly 2000 people. Sales for these corporations now total just under $2 billion annually, making the Wilson Automotive Group one of the ten largest dealership chains in the nation.

I had a service appointment scheduled for 12:30 PM. I arrived at 12:32 PM. I was checked in by a young man who told me that Javier would be seeing me shortly and that the oil change would take 2-3 hours arrived at 12:32 PM. I was checked in by a young man who told me that Javier would be seeing me shortly and that the oil change would take 2-3 hours. I noted that 15 minutes later, other vehicles that arrived after me were seen to already. I asked the same young man why I was still waiting and he told me he would tell Javier. He also said Javier was still with a customer. At 1:05 PM I asked to cancel the appointment since I wasn't going to be seen. I was so frustrated that they were wasting my time. I had taken my lunch break to check in my car and I missed my entire lunch break waiting for nothing. Someone finally led me to Juanita who saved the day. She said she would take care of me and she did. Instead of waiting 2-3 hours, she had me in and out about an hour. I had brought my other vehicle to be serviced here before and never had this problem. This is the first time I have been disappointed with my experience. I would have given a one star review but Juanita being so kind and expediting the process for me made me reconsider. Her performance is 5 stars. However, what I had to go through before Juanita helped me made it a 1 star experience. At this point, I am not sure if I will bring my cars here again. Thank you so much Juanita, you were amazing. More

Honestly. I feel service dept is too busy. I had to wait 2.5 hours for a basic service. In addition, it was said that my windshield wipers were checked and in good condition. Was told my service would take two hours. I waited an extra hour till I walked over to the person handling my service and asked for an update or estimation since it’s been 3 hours and I had work. They were on their phone and had looked at the stack of papers on their table, and immediately grabbed mine. They had forgotten to come get me or update me after the two hour mark or send a text update. The customer service was good and friendly. They answered all my questions and made me feel assured, but after my car was taken in and everything went over I just continued to see the person on their phone assuming it was work until I finally went over to ask. More
