They were incredibly patient and walked me through all the features of my new vehicle, answering every single financial and vehicle question I had without rushing me. Moisses and Lameshia went above and beyond by helping me move my belongings from my old car to my new one in -4 degree weather, which shows their dedication to excellent customer service. Lameshia drive my vehicle to my home because I was in another vehicle and couldn’t drive the vehicle at the time. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness throughout the entire process. There was a sweet lease deal advertised online. But it took several hours at the dealer before they would give me any numbers so that we could start negotiating. In the end I got a deal roughly equal to the advertised one, but they started at twice the cost. As I was leaving with my car, they told me there was a recall that needed to be done. I brought the car back the next day and it took them 4 days to get the work done, though they did give me a loaner and then delivered my car when it was ready, so that was nice. More
