The quality of work and the service definitely exceeded my expectations. They replaced a bulb for FREE and my car was returned to me super clean. My interactions with staff has been wonderful (go see Richard Kirkpatrick-seriously, I'm demanding you!). I feel like they care about me as a customer, not just a sale. I work in a retail environment where customer service is considered the most important thing, so I seek out great customer service, and am rather unforgiving for bad service. They offer something called DriveSure, which is a fantastic maintenance program, which pays for itself in the long run. I know eventually I will want to buy a new VW, and when I do, I will purchase it from the Autobarn in Evanston. More
