I was very pleased with the ease of communication with the staff and their availability to openly communicate throughout the purchase of my vehicle. In addition, the price of my vehicle was very reasonable and better than what I encountered around much of Chicagoland. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Matt Solotaire. More

I recently traded in my old car and Denis Tomsa, one of the best salesman I have ever encountered helped us get into a brand new 2014 CC. He personality was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. He was able to give us top dollar on our trade in, and offered many options on purchasing a new car! It was quick and easy! We did experience one thing that was above and beyond. The car we wanted was at another autobarn store. It was late in the evening and no one was able to get us the car until the next day. It so happened that Denis owned the same car we wanted to buy, and he offered for us to take his personal car home for the night, and he would personally deliver our new car the next day. We were shocked on how nice he was and his gesture of making a customer happy no matter what! Who does that these days?? The next day he came to my work, delivered my new car with a full tank of gas! We then switched cars! It was an amazing experience with Denis. I will be a lifetime customer of Autobarn! More

He really put me in the driver's seat of the whole deal. He was up front about my situation and options, but he was also understanding and worked with me.
