The staff, and Matt in particular, were friendly and importantly not too pushy. They were understanding of my financial limits and worked to best meet my needs within those limits. I was very pleased with the ease of communication with the staff and their availability to openly communicate throughout the purchase of my vehicle. In addition, the price of my vehicle was very reasonable and better than what I encountered around much of Chicagoland. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Matt Solotaire. More

I recently traded in my old car and Denis Tomsa, one of the best salesman I have ever encountered helped us get into a brand new 2014 CC. He personality was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. He was able to give us top dollar on our trade in, and offered many options on purchasing a new car! It was quick and easy! We did experience one thing that was above and beyond. The car we wanted was at another autobarn store. It was late in the evening and no one was able to get us the car until the next day. It so happened that Denis owned the same car we wanted to buy, and he offered for us to take his personal car home for the night, and he would personally deliver our new car the next day. We were shocked on how nice he was and his gesture of making a customer happy no matter what! Who does that these days?? The next day he came to my work, delivered my new car with a full tank of gas! We then switched cars! It was an amazing experience with Denis. I will be a lifetime customer of Autobarn! More

When I told Danny my needs, he not only listened, but he understood, asked questions to clarify, and provided reasonable options. He never made me feel like I was pressured. He really put me in the driver's seat of the whole deal. He was up front about my situation and options, but he was also understanding and worked with me. I walked away knowing that I had made a fair offer, and that Danny worked hard to get the approval. Thanks to Danny and the Autobarn team, I am a happy owner of a VW Jetta. Negative reviews aside, if you ask for Danny, you'll get your needs heard and every effort made to have them met. Thanks again! More

This team pulled a classic bait and switch on me. I confirmed the out-the-door price in writing with Mario and Shawn, that my appointment was still honored, and the car was available at 2pm with Mario. confirmed the out-the-door price in writing with Mario and Shawn, that my appointment was still honored, and the car was available at 2pm with Mario. When I arrived at 5pm, it was "sold 20 minutes ago." I was immediately brought outside by Eddie to consider other vehicles on the lot. When I did not agree to the other cars, I was asked to wait a three rounds for the salesmen to consult and "see what they could do." Eddie brought in another salesman, "Sam" to tell me that they could deliver a car from Wisconsin next week. Their aim was simply to get me to buy something else on the lot that I had not agreed to, or to spend more than what was confirmed on paper. This kind of game playing is what gives good car salesmen a bad name. For me, poor customer service does not inspire a deal. More
