The experience in Finance was horrible. He was hard to understand. No eye contact, he was humongous to himself the entire time. We had to wait way to long. We had the car less than two weeks and to this day it won't start every time we try. Because it wouldn't duplicate the problem when we were there for almost an entire day. They dint know the problem and today. It took over an hour if attempt to get it to start. Worst experience EVER More

I am 76 years old. When I discovered that I had purchased an aftermarket lifetime warrantee for an extra 2,000 dollars I tried to have the warrantee cancelled.. but was When I discovered that I had purchased an aftermarket lifetime warrantee for an extra 2,000 dollars I tried to have the warrantee cancelled.. but was given only a run around from salesman to accountant to salesman again. It was described to me that it was not an extended warrantee. I was told it could not be cancelled. I think the salesman did mention the possibility of such a warrantee, but I definitely do not remember, “This lifetime costs only 2K.. do you want it?” I feel that the dealership stole this money from me. The car may be fine, but the people did not treat me fairly or well. More
