My son started negotiating a lease with this dealer on a 2022 Outback and the numbers were to my satisfaction. I had purchased my last 5 Subarus from a dealer 3 miles from my home. Due (I assume) to supply chain issues, when I called my regular salesman to try & obtain a new vehicle, I was told that it would have from my home. I tried calling Ciocca; they checked & told me that they had exactly what I wanted coming into their dealership in the second week of June. I went in & placed a deposit on it. It arrived a bit earlier than expected, & I picked it up immediately! They were incredibly helpful, courteous, & efficient. I didn't even mind having to drive into the city for the purchase. They've earned my trust & respect as an exemplary dealer that Subaru should be proud of! Kudos to all involved!. More

My experience was top notch then after I purchase my car go home have.
