In addition to a "no pressure", comfortable sales experience, once I settled on the Crosstrek Sport, this brand new dealership had several cars in different colors, in house, to choose from. I was able to test drive the car I wanted, painlessly get through the financial portion of the sale, and review all of the cars features and technical bells and whistles with their "tech guy" Will. Since driving off the lot I have had several follow up calls with both Ken and Will regarding my driving experience to-date, and answering any specific technical or other questions I had about my new car and its features.
