Well after spending weeks With my pals with Ray and Zack ,a u tube Chanel about how to buy a car, I knew I had a college degree in new car purchasing. My car pricing search started just before Christmas ( ,a u tube Chanel about how to buy a car, I knew I had a college degree in new car purchasing. My car pricing search started just before Christmas ( as per YAA recommendation) I asked YAA for a recommendation for a Honest Car salesman In North Jersey and and only one name came up. Ben Sjolander from Ciocca Subaru in Philadelphia. I called him with my specific needs (After my wife Road tested vehicles from 4 different manufactures and fell in love with the Subaru), He quickly sent me a out the door price. and even beat my best price for a loan. I spoke to 4 dealerships in my local( all on the phone and by E mail in my local area and and was sadly disappointed. No one would give me a Discount on MSRP. and wanted to add all the " fluff". Back on the phone with Ben, He was a no nonsense young man and gave me no B-S No add on, no sales pitch. Even his Processing fees were hundreds less than the competition. To keep this short. I pulled the trigger. This was December 29th He said no problem and I will DELIVER my new car tomorrow From Phili. ( a good 2 hrs away from me). Well he showed up at my home on time and spent a good 2 hours teaching us about the electronics and setting up a ton of stuff. We went inside and completed the paper work, the price was exactly as quoted. No bull-s with no F and I office. My only disappointment was all that time watching video's , taking notes, Taking YAA tests and I never got to test my learned skills How pleasantly disappointed I was . So all my fears went away . Ben was just as friendly and helpful as could be and Just beat up the competition. I can not recommend this young lad any higher Bob and Ilene G More

I've been a Subaru driver for decades, and started going to Ciocca about half a year ago for service on my 2014 Crosstrek Hybrid when my previous dealership, although excellent, moved too far away for me to to Ciocca about half a year ago for service on my 2014 Crosstrek Hybrid when my previous dealership, although excellent, moved too far away for me to continue using them. The experience has always been pleasant. This time I went in for an oil change, only toying with the idea of buying a new car, but left with a brand new gorgeous Crosstrek with much more up-to-date safety features. Ken quickly sussed exactly which car I would like, and did a wonderful job explaining the features. I had never bought a vehicle on my own before and was rather apprehensive, but Ken and the rest of the staff, including Fred for financing and Tyler for tech, were delightful - they made it very easy and painless, and two days later I have already had several follow-up messages. Who knew buying a car could be so much fun? Highly recommended. More
