Insufficient communication. I ordered, among other services, 4-wheel balancing, feedback on the initial state of balance of all tires, and any required adjustment of wheel we I ordered, among other services, 4-wheel balancing, feedback on the initial state of balance of all tires, and any required adjustment of wheel weights. The paperwork provided me included feedback on only two of the four wheels/tires. I didn't notice this until I returned home. I hope that the other two wheels/tires were already in proper balance, but can't be certain because of the incomplete feedback. I also had a four-wheel alignment performed. Not until I returned home did I realize that I had a discount coupon for that service. I paid full price, and would have appreciated the service writer mentioning that there was an active coupon and asking me whether I had received one. I say this as a service customer of fifteen years who expects some loyalty courtesy. I've had better service experiences in the past, and was impressed by some of the service writers. That's an important position and worthy of top-flight personnel. More
