Firstly my appointment needed to be rescheduled because the person I spoke with originally didn’t reserve a loaner car. Secondly my appointment was for 8:15, my car was taken in until approximately 3:30 the person I spoke with originally didn’t reserve a loaner car. Secondly my appointment was for 8:15, my car was taken in until approximately 3:30 pm without explanation so my car had to stay over. Thirdly,the technician recommended I replace the tires. The tires are only 2 years and have only 25,000 miles well under the warranty. I purchased the tires at the dealership and they have no intension of honoring the warranty. I spoke to the service manager she sent me on wild goose chase and told me to call Continental. Continental told me the dealership needs to do the work . I went back to talk to the service manager. She was supposed to follow through and look into it. It’s been a month and no call back. I will never purchase tires there again. The only reason I may go back there is to take care of the recall which they did not have the part for, but doubtful they will call me to let me know the part is in. I will never spend another dime at this dealership and I have going there for years. Never again! More
