Bob Geissler was the sales associate who helped me with my Subaru BRZ purchase. This was the easiest car purchase (out of 5) in my history. It was a busy day when I visited Flemington Subaru, however it didn't take Ridge Ryman long to finish with his customer and greet me. He had me test drive the Legacy, he worked up the numbers I was happy with everything and I'm not a push over when it comes to car buying. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, I was happy with his style and I was able to get the 0% financing which is important to me on the model I wanted, and I was pleased with the trade in as I had taken very good care of it. It soon slowed down, and he referred me to Bob Geilssler who took it from there, he also is pleasant, and got me introduced to my first Subaru. He has kept in touch with me to see if I had any questions. I feel extremely good about Flemington Subaru. They are both 5 star sales professionals and I will continue to buy and trade in my next car here, and will recommend these fine men to my friends and family when they are looking for a new car, it's well worth the ride down to Flemington. I want to add: I work down the street from Morristown Subaru, I had visited there several times in an attempt to buy a new car, I walked out each time discouraged. I had heard of the exceptional work at Flemington Subaru (from the internet) even though I had to travel, I live in Bedminster it was WELL worth the effort. They'll also let you know what areas, if any, might need some attention further down the line. I especially appreciate that! I worked with Alex, and he was one of the best salesmen I've had the pleasure of dealing with since I bought a Saturn in the 1990s! The car I wanted was at port, and in the process of being prepped for transit to the dealer. He gave a time estimate of 1 - 3 weeks barring any expected major events that could tie up transportation. During this period, I checked in with him a few times for updates and statuses via email. Alex was always very prompt in responding - within hours. He notified me when the car arrived at the showroom, and I arranged to pick it up within 2 days. In total, I received the car in just over 2 weeks! :) As I arrived to pick up the car, the vehicle was ready and waiting for me - looking all perrrty! :) I went inside and Alex had everything ready to go to do my trade, and on the new vehicle. He then had me sit with Glenn to sign the paperwork. Glenn reviewed some options with me (extended warranties, maintenance plans, ect...), answered my questions, and was also patient and not pushy. When I asked about the benefits of holding a Subaru Visa card, he was knowledgable in that area too. I signed the paperwork and was on my way. Alex was waiting for me, and he took me out to the car and gave me a thorough review of everything about the car - inside & out. He even went as far as actually syncing my bluetooth cell phone to the car stereo for me so I was ready to go with that! He handed me the keys, and I was on my way. It was all done within an hour or so. Just as I was leaving, it started snowing/sleeting... the perfect weather to be driving a new subaru! :) Thank you Alex! More
