Rick was very patient and answered all the (many!) questions I had about all the vehicles I considered. He even was patient when I went back and had to test drive the first car I had driven again, at questions I had about all the vehicles I considered. I went with my son to another dealer and they automatically started addressing him and he told them to speak to me since I was purchasing the car. Alex was very helpful with my price negotiations. I had a figure in mind and he was accommodating. Glenn made the financing piece painless. I was able to pick-up my car that same day. All in all, it was a good experienc. More
My experience purchasing my 2014 Subaru Forester was a great one. I purchased a Subaru from Flemington Subaru, New Jersey before and the Sales and Customer Service was outstanding then so I had to go bac great one. The Sales Manager was Alex Leist previously and also with this 2014 Subaru Forester Touring. The first time I went on the website, two dealers responded to my email. The way Alex responded to my email made me follow up with him. I live in New York and Flemington Subaru is in New Jersey. When I decided to go back to New Jersey to purchase my 2014 Subaru my family wanted to know why I wanted to go so far? My response to them was customers service and the way the Sales Manager Alex Leist treated me was the reason I return to the dealership. All my questions were answered and suggestions made considering me as the individual who would be driving the car. My questions were answered in reference to financing. When ever I sent an email to Alex he responded in a timely manner. Price and service was important to me. The Subaru Forester is a great car to purchase. I love the Subaru Forester and have recommended it to many people. More
My car turned thirteen (13) and I dreaded the thought of having to go to a dealership with my war paint on. Alex Leist made my Subaru purchase a pleasure. There was No Pressure. There were no forced add ons such as fabric protection, pin striping or window etchings. He was pleasant and honorable. When my Subaru arrived the floor mats arrived curled up and could have been caught on the accelerator or brake pedal. Alex Leist took it upon himself to order me new all weather floor mats at no extra charge. My rear hatch had a small chip on it, Alex Leist again proved honorable and ordered a touch up paint. I no longer dread buying a new Car and I would definitely recommend Alex Leist who is the Sales Manager at Flemington Subaru. More
My old car was 10 years old, and since my needs had changed since my last purchase, I needed a vehicle that would allow me to carry more than my old car was capable of carrying. My research led me to the Subaru Forester and Flemington Subaru. We were greeted by Alex Leist, who listened to our needs, answered all of our questions and set us up for a test drive. It was the first time we were ever allowed to test drive a new car without the salesman being present. When we decided this was the vehicle for us, Alex led us through the buying process without a hitch. There was no pressure at any time. The price we were quoted was very fair, and we received top dollar for my ten year old trade in. The car was ordered, and arrived in an amazing four weeks time! The process of finalizing the payment and picking up the car was just as easy as setting up the initial test drive. Finance manager Glenn Clark guided us through the paperwork and made the process one of the easiest car buying experiences we've ever had! Alex checked up on us a couple of days after the sale to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions we might have had. These folks are real professionals and are wonderful to deal with. In all my 60 plus years I've never had a car buying experience this pleasurable! My wife will be needing a new car in the next few years, and we're headed right back to Flemington Subaru. I would highly recommend them to anyone! More
This is the second purchase we have made at Flemington Subaru through Alex. Both times have been as good a buying experience as one could have. Most of the negotiation was over e-mail and I feel that I Subaru through Alex. Both times have been as good a buying experience as one could have. Communication was great throughout the process with Alex calling or e-mailing to keep me up to date on status of my order. I would certainly recommend this dealer and Alex to anyone if they are looking for a new Subaru. More
I like how at this dealership I was not pressured into anything! This was the first time I have experienced this, Keep that up! I will definitely recommend Flemington Subaru to anyone thinking about a Subabru. My only complaint was the spots on the inside of my car. I had the Xlilon (forgive my spelling) and ding protection added to my purchase. The buttons on the door (and a few other areas) had spots on them that made it look dirty (though it wasn't) When wiped it looked fine, I would recommend not rushing through this process as clients talk (which I did) and it's better to have a completely happy client than one that says BUT. I would not say BUT, however, I would love to say everything was perfect! This may have had something to do with how many cars were being delivered on Monday, but none the less, the car should be pristine when you pick up a new car. We were pleasantly suprised when we met Bob Geissler at the dealership when he was smiling while showing us different vehicles. Also, one very important part of our purchase was when Bob sat in the car with me for one hour explaining every detail of operation and I really appreciate the time he spent with me. Glenn Clark was also very pleasant to deal with. :) and Ridge Ryman was a real gentleman. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be back soon to purchase another vehicle. More

Not only did Rick locate the vehicle we were looking for, he was upfront with everything and we had a very easy and profesional experience. We had a small problem two days after purchasing the car,(a road Hazard), and I had called Rick. He immediately contacted a service to help us and solved our problem immediately. I was very impressed! I felt that even though we had left the dealership, Rick was thoughroly commited to the purchase of the vehicle to give us complete customer satisfactoin. More
