I keep coming back because the experience is so much better than other dealerships. My last two purchases were with Alex Leist. Simple, straightforward, good deal. There was a tiny glitch in my most recent purchase (car wasn't available as promised), but Alex got the issue resolved very quickly & I got a better deal. I've also used the service dept here for all my Subaru's. They are very accommodating, although I'm not sure I have always gotten fair pricing. However, overall, I would give the service dept a 4-5 rating. More

I usually wait while my car is being worked on and Bill has offered a loaner if I needed to run some errands in Flemington. I like the way he approaches the inspection results - he explains the problem and the options and details the pros and cons when there is a choice. I don't feel pressured when he provides all the information needed to make the right decision for me. Brian Peters, my salesman, was easy-going, informative, and helpful. I was pretty specific in my wishlist and the dealership had to look for the car I wanted elsewhere. They found the car within the week and I took possession of it the next week. Brian took the time to go over all the features on the car, even though I arrived late and looked to be stacking up to be a busy Saturday. This truly was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. No high pressure, no questionable sales practices, just a no-nonsense, practical approach. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Brian Peters, specifically. Since I was taking advantage of the 0% financing, I had to spend a good amount of time with Rick Hungerford as well. As a woman shopping for a car alone, I was very wary of salespeople who would try to take advantage of me and push me to go past my budget. Joe was honest, professional, and knowledgeable. We talked about my needs and the car I was interested in and my price point. At no time did I feel pressured. We went over all the features of the sedan vs. the hatchback. I decided to test drive the hatchback and fell in love with it. The whole buying process was pleasant, easy, and timely. I also had a great experience with Rick Hungerford in financing. He explained the different packages I could add to my purchase and again, no pressure. I am really glad I chose to purchase the extended warranty, emergency roadside assistance, Glosscoat, tire replacement and minor dent and scratch repair. A few days after my purchase I brought my car in for the Glosscoat and it looks fantastic. I highly recommend this dealership! More
