Customer service is their biggest issue. Lots of little things that added up to a poor experience. For example, the truck I purchased was from one of their other locations about 10 minutes up the road. They knew I was coming in that morning to test drive it, so that had it ready at my preferred and closer dealer. That said, once I made the decision and negotiated the deal to purchase it, they informed me that they had only brought one key for the truck down from the other location and that they would need me to come back to get the other key. What!?! Really?? I said no, “if I have too, I’ll drive the 10 minutes up the road to get the other key”. Honestly, I figured they’d realize how silly it was to make me come back and send someone the 10 minutes to grab it. Nope! They made me drive 10 minutes one way, out of my way, to get my own key to a truck they just sold me!!! For real! Clearly management is either unaware or just doesn’t care. This is just one example of the poor client experience shown by them. At the end of the day, they made an OK deal on the truck, but always check the financing afterwards! I’ve already shopped it and found a better deal at another location. Going to refi and shave a year off my loan for not much more than I’m paying. So far, with 150 miles in, I do love my F150! More
