Good friendly service but had an issue with the badly designed Ford lug nuts that would have cost $250 estimated replacement for the lug nuts and an unquoted amount to get the old ones off. Purchase of a couple sockets and off brand lug nuts plus a little time and problem solved. I suppose as a dealership, they are somehow hampered in discussing possibilities with their customers. More

Stopped by to have coolant system looked at and topped off it was on low side. Was able to get it looked at and was told water pump was leaking was covered by warranty and replaced on a spot. also had bra off it was on low side.
