Good friendly service but had an issue with the badly designed Ford lug nuts that would have cost $250 estimated replacement for the lug nuts and an unquoted amount to get the old ones off. Why would I designed Ford lug nuts that would have cost $250 estimated replacement for the lug nuts and an unquoted amount to get the old ones off. Why would I replace a design flawed product with the same product? I don't blame Ciocca but Ford should be ashamed. Purchase of a couple sockets and off brand lug nuts plus a little time and problem solved. I suppose as a dealership, they are somehow hampered in discussing possibilities with their customers. More
