Apple Ford values our customers a great deal. We made several attempts to address your concerns as soon as they were brought to our attention because we recognized that your experience was not up to our standards. I am sorry you did not mention how you felt to one of our managers while you were here, all of this could have been avoided. After a thorough investigation on our part, here is a timeline of what was done to accommodate your situation: On April 14 you visited our dealership and your expectations were not met. Two members from our Internet department reached out to you to listen to your concerns, and a message was left on the same day you visited the dealership. On April 16 you sent an email to our General Manager at approximately 8PM. At 9:51PM you responded to the voicemail that was left by our Internet Manager indicating that you felt the matter was closed. On April 17 at 9:33 AM our General Sales Manager sent you an email indicating that he wanted to address the issue with the staff involved and requested you contact him on his cell phone. He received no reply from you. On April 19 you posted your comments on Dealer Rater at 3:19 PM I understand that purchasing a vehicle can be an arduous and sometimes frustrating experience. That is why each customer visiting our showroom is introduced to a manager as one of the first steps in the purchase process. The manager's job is to ensure that you understand he is an advocate for you if you are not comfortable with any part of your experience. Happily… experiences like yours rarely occur. When they do, we have found that open communication and honesty is the best way to resolve any issues. I am sorry that you did not respond to our numerous attempts to contact you made via telephone and email in the days prior to your posting on this site. I am confident that if you had, your overall experience would have been very different.
