I could tell Sherry was a new salesperson when she handed me a hand-written business card. She left us to look around and I noticed a car in the used section that I liked, took it for a test drive, and decided to buy... from her. She was never pushy or over-bearing, but was very accomadating to me. Obviously, she wanted to make a sale, but she never made it about herself or her sales record. It was more "Is this the car you see yourself in?" Sherry went out of her way to make this a good experience for me. Helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly are words to describe Sherry.
