Apple Ford was the only dealer willing to search for a Ranger w/ my desired equipment. I got every option I needed except for alloy wheels. I went there looking for a 2003 Ford F-350 7.3 powerstroke as i have always been a huge fan of 2007 Honda Civic Si from apple ford of red lion, pa. I went there looking for a 2003 Ford F-350 7.3 powerstroke as i have always been a huge fan of them and thought i was ready to purchase one. After talking to Sherry Salsgiver about the interests she mentioned it was not in my best interest to start out big not only because, and as i agreed, i wasnt ready for that big of a payment plus i didnt NEED something that big. She was very helpful with trying to get me approved by several credit companies with a nice 2004 ford explorer but after a few attempts it was still a problem as i did not have enough credit built up and nobody wanted to support me. She mentioned the 'budget lot' and said this would be a great idea for me. It would give me a chance to get a "new to me" car that is in great shape plus built up my credit quicker. After attempting a few different vehicles she got me approved with the civic that i decided to purchase. This civic was indeed a good car for me being a first time 'financed' buyer because the price wasnt overbearing on my part and it is definately a very nice, clean, and well taken care of vehicle. In my opinion i was very pleased with Sherry's friendliness and how she followed up with me several times to help me get in a better vehicle. Not only with the price factor but also with the practical and credit factors. I was also very pleased with my experience with Bill (the man that helped me with my final paper work and signing all of the papers to the civic). He not only explained how my payments would be in a completely understandable way, but he explained every paper and who it all affected and how it worked. In the end, while i waited for the civic to be cleaned up and ready for me to take home, Sherry explained about all the services that they provide to their customers which would be very helpful to me in future reference. Overall i am very pleased with the Honda Civic and with the friendly staff and would definately recommend many other people to Apple Ford of Red Lion. More

Dyana was the first person I spoke with at Apple Ford and she completely put me at ease. I had been to another dealership that was pushing to sell me a car that wasn't what I wanted.
