Horrible service!!!!!!!!! The 2015 Jeep Renegade is absolute junk. I have had nothing but problems since I had the vehicle which I purchased in Oct 2015. The service department cannot accommodate your needs. The radio scans itself while going down the road. The brakes squeal to a point where it will pierce your ears. You can hear the squealing inside your residence. Very embarrassing. I called for service on these issues, I got the vehicle schedule and ask if I could please have a loner car as I am a single individual with no one to rely on for transportation. I was told all the loners were out and I could not get one. I told him that wasn't acceptable, he said I will have to call you back and hung up abruptly. I never received a call back. I hate this dealership and will never purchase another vehicle from these people. More
